Data controller

The controller of the data collected on this site is Lynch Laboral.

What we collect

• Contact and review request forms: name, company, email, phone (optional), approximate headcount in Peru, topic and your message.
• Employment Compliance Check: your answers are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers. Only if you choose to request a review do we receive your contact details together with a summary of the flagged areas (no employee data).
• Complaints book (Libro de Reclamaciones): the information required by Peruvian consumer protection rules to record and respond to a complaint.
• Usage measurement: if you allow it, aggregated browsing data through Google Analytics. We do not send that tool data that identifies you directly.

Please do not include sensitive data or personal information about your employees in the forms. A general description is enough for a first assessment.

Purposes

• Responding to your enquiry and, where appropriate, proposing a review or engagement.
• Recording and handling complaints submitted through the complaints book.
• Improving the site using aggregated usage statistics, if you allow it.

We do not use your data to send you marketing communications without a specific consent, separate from the one needed to answer your request.

Consent

Submitting a form requires your free, prior, express, unambiguous and informed consent, which you give by ticking the relevant box. Mandatory fields are needed to handle your request; without them we cannot respond.

Recipients and processors

Your data is handled by the Lynch Laboral team. Where needed to handle your request, it may be shared with professionals at Lynch Contadores & Abogados or Lynch Payroll working on the matter. The technology providers that host the site and email act as data processors. If any of them processes data outside Peru, this is an international data transfer carried out with the safeguards required by law.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting professional relationship, and for the periods required by applicable rules, such as consumer protection rules for complaints.

Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation, objection and the other rights recognized by Law 29733 and its regulations, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to us through our contact page, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you consider that your request was not addressed, you may contact Peru’s National Personal Data Protection Authority.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to messages received and collecting only the data we need.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use advertising cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it will only load after you accept it in the notice shown, and you can decline without affecting your browsing. Language and consent preferences are stored in your own browser.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our processes. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
